Troop 45 in Little Elm, Tx strives to provide an engaging outdoor youth program. The troop offers a mixed focus of rank advancement and merit badge opportunities along with exciting outdoor adventures including shooting sports, canoeing, orienteering, wilderness survival, metal forge, water sports, boating and many other opportunities during monthly campouts. The troop also works hard to give back to the local community with community service projects such as flag ceremonies, Eagle projects and working with the Little Elm Food Bank. Troop 45 meets each Monday at 7:00pm at Button Memorial United Methodist Church, 101 West Eldorado Pkwy in Little Elm, Texas.

We have many Eagle Scouts that are working on their Projects. In the past we have had many successful Eagle Scout projects at our church. Some of the examples are the basketball court, flower beds in the back of the church, our food pantry shelves, renovations to the food pantry including new flooring and can runners, the beautiful cross in the front of the church, and the renovation of the memory room.
